The article presents the results of a study conducted within project "Professionalization teaching career - PROF" (POCU / 904/6/25/146587), focused on leadership and application quality management principles in mentorship. aimed at pinpointing opinions mentor teachers who had participated study, trainees Prof II programme, regarding model mentorship mentorship, order to increase practice for future teachers. conclusions highlighted specific methods utilised by their mentoring activities such as focus teacher, result-oriented process-based approach, approach system, learning, innovation continuous improvement, fact-based decision-making process, involvement process own professional training.
